I have heard about 'blue roses' from some stories etc. But actually do such roses exist ? If yes where to get them ?

There is no true blue colored rose, but there are a few available that are close to it.
Maybe in time they will develop one using gene splicing to add the required pigment!
Check out the gardening centres in your area, or do a search on-line.... here's one for a lavendar blue tea rose
