a lovely weekend, sunshine, blue skies and 70 both days. the next few days will be the same, and tomorrow they are saying 82. a nice indian summer. too bad it wouldnt last until at least thanksgiving. we had a brief shower last night, but not the amount of rain we really need.
It was nice and warm yesterday afternoon with occasional clouds....clouded up by early evening.
Started raining late last evening ...and off an on this morning, heavy at times!
64 with heavy cloud cover.

Going up to 72 with a 82 humidex....

sunny earlier but clouds are rolling in as the rain is coming this way. north of here will get lots of rain. we will get little rain. we need more than that.
high of 65 today. the temps will drop with the rain and back to normal temps. sure has been a gorgeous week tho. wish indian summer would come several times during the fall.

we got some rain overnight, but I dont know how much. they keep saying 90% rain today and the sunshine is out. and its going up to 70 today. go figure. its probably raining up in the adirondacks, and they are talking snow in the north this weekend over northern NY, VT NH and maine. yikes.
it is going to be cold and very windy for us this weekend. we shall see if the rain comes.

Nippy, nippy, nippy earlier this morning with a 38 and strong winds out of the NW.
41 now and partly to mostly cloudy! Might get up to 45....maybe!

it was raining this morning, lightly and still warm. ran to a few stores this morning and by the time I was done and ready to come home, the winds had picked up and leaves were blowing every which way. temps are dropping fast. was 60 this morning and going down to 40 by this afternoon.
It was nippy all day yesterday with the winds!!!
Not much leaf color this Fall....most trees turned yellow and then quickly to brown, and dropped early. others just turned brown! A lot of the ash are pretty much dead due to the long drought conditions an emerald ash borer damage. Maples didn't look all that great either....going to be a lot of dead trees to cut down come spring.
