It feels cold this morning after all the heat and humidity!
Rained off and on last night, and expecting more showers today!

we saw 105 over the weekend, it was so nasty outside. yesterday the heat broke and rain started about noon time and continues all thru the night. gave us much needed relief. my flowers were so happy I swear they were dancing.

The humidity continues build! Hard to say how high it will go! Guess it depends on daytime heating! The temps they forecast is lower than what we actually get by mid afternoon.

It was muggy yesterday, but with the winds coming in off the lake it was tolerable! Thunderstorms last night...started hearing the rumbling around 4:30 and just kept on getting louder! Not much rain fell! ...storms came out of the SW so I didn't have to close my windows!....could get more this morning and off and on all day! Maybe!

Yesterday wasn't too bad with the winds coming in off the lake...but turned nasty after the lake winds died down late afternoon!
Thunderstorms rumbled past us last evening and didn't get a drop of rain!
Today is going to be nasty!!!

Cold front finally going through! Sure took its time! It's cooler and a lot less humid! Will only last one day! Humidex starts going up tomorrow and back into the 90's Friday.

we have had our good days with sunny skies and low humidity, going down to 58 at night, then the weather turns around and we are back to the hot, humid, unbearable days. last week we had thunderstorms roll thru and knock out our power for hours. good thing I have lots of battery candles and a radio to listen too. starting today we are back to the HHH and thunderstorms later, the same for tomorrow. then we get this cool down starting friday where the high will be 75. wonder what that means?? summer is over, I hope not as its too short already. but more fall like cooler low humidity days are what I long for. Its been one hot summer here, july was the hottest on record. well have a good day Ron! you seem to be holding down the fort.

Yesterday was just plain nasty with the heat and humidity! Have a line of severe thunderstorms roar through mid afternoon...The lightning, heavy downpours, and gale force winds were epic....like the ones we got at the lake! More thunderstorms on the way for later on today....and tomorrow!

Had a non-severe thunderstorm late yesterday morning...had a bit of rain....a lot of wind and not much in the way of lightning....! Had dropping humidity after the storm front passed through!
