A lady from our church is having twins and having to stay off her feet as much as possible. Some of us are going to make some casseroles for her to use when she is not able to cook. Any good tried and true casserole recipes that freeze well? Thanks for sharing.....

I am so ready for spring....today is 70ish high but lately up and down temps. Heavy frost earlier in the week.

I grew potates in large tubs last year with regular Miracle Gro potting mix, I ended up with a lot of potatoes.

I love Taco salad as well...Often I make a large batch of just the meat and taco seasoning and keep refigerated. When we want a Taco Salad, make a regular salad then add the warmed up meat mix on top....
