CRUST:
9 whole Cinnamon Graham crackers crushed to 1 1/4 cups
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. margarine or butter ( melted )
FILLING :
1 Package ( 3 1/4 oz. ) vanilla instant pudding mix ( dry )
1 cup milk
3 cups whipped topping ( divided )
2 medium bananas ( sliced )
1 can ( 8 oz. ) crushed pineapple ( drained )
1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. chocolate fudge sauce
TO PREPARE CRUST :
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees F. Butter 9 - inch pie plate. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Gradually add butter,stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Press onto bottom and sides of prepared pie plate. Bake 10 min. Cool completely.
TO PREPARE FILLING :
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat 1 min. or until thickened. Beat in 2 cups whipped topping until well combined. Fold in bananas. Pour into cooled crust. Top with pineapple and cherries. Spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over cherries and drizzle with fudge sauce. Chill 4 - 5 hours or until firm. * makes approx 8 servings *
