* thought I'd add another Zucchini Recipe here *
1 c. oil
1 & 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 t. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. choc. chips
3 c. flour
1/4 c. coca
1 t. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
3 t. cinnimon
1 t. salt
nuts ( opt )
< Beat eggs,oil & sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. - makes 2 loaves at 350 degrees for 35 min. -
