I made this cake last year for a family get together and many haters of zuchinni had BIG pieces of this cake & didn't know they were eating ZUCHINNI?!
*Chocolate Zuchinni Cake
1 pkg Devils Food Cake Mix
2 c shredded zuchinni
3 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
1/2 c veg oil ( I use applesauce in place of oil..always)
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t allspice
Mix all
Bake 325 degrees/35-40 minutes
*Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c soft butter
1 t vanilla
3 c powdered sugar
1/2 c nuts (optional..sometime ya feel like a nut..sometimes ya don't
Combine all wet & slowly add powdered sugar.
Stir/whip until mixed.
Taaa-daaaaaa
It is DELICIOUS!
