I just had to get something in the earth!!! Put in some romaine, broccoli, and cauliflower!! In N.J. its a bit early but we'll give it a try

I know what you mean. I satisfy myself with some microgreens grown in my window until I can plant.

All you green typs can be started in door and put out early. Collards, turnips, bok choy,kale, and so on.
