yeah keep dreaming swingy. those pounds are so hard to unload when you get a little older.
enjoy yourself but do it in moderation and not everyday.

Just remember you will have all winter to work those extra Christmas pounds off before summer, chopping wood in the winter, tilling the flower and vegie beds in the spring ---you'll be ready for the binki come June

HA! I haven't seen a binki in years..............lol...........but I do find over the winter I add a couple of pounds, but come spring, being outdoors helps....:)

it is always good to have exercise in your life and if you get it doing something you love like gardening then it is all the better. It doesn't even feel like exercise does it?

I have never seen a bikini on me not even when I was in my 20's I was always thin but I always had the "Dinnigan" gut, a family gift -- we all looked pregnant from the age of 2

Ok no bikini for swindy. But you know we aren't all destined for a bikini. I am just glad when I go down another size. Back in the good old days I was wearing a size 22 but now I"m in a 16 and soon something smaller. that is if I can get through Christmas without regaining some of it.

way to go lyn...I go up and down by the week any more...but have to say it's ok...as long as the health keeps getting better...

Holidays like this should come along in the summer so I can work off the calories as I take them in. Thanks for the recipes, I'm adding them to my "to do" list for the holidays.
