Fire blight and brown rot preventoin and treatment

Every tree i own has been hit by ether fire blight, brown rot, or June bugs or all 3.

I know the only way to fight fire blight is to cut it out of the tree but I heard there are preventative sprays.

Second i got the brown rot fungus and need help with it also.

I dont know what to do about the June bugs other than to sit out there and pull them off.

Fire blight is pretty scary. You do just have to cut it out.
It gets really bad in pear trees.
 
They must be old trees!
It maybe a good idea to pull them out and replace them with resistant varieties!
It would be a lot easier to maintain resistant cultivars.
