There are many types of flowers you can grow from cuttings. Since you are in South Africa the names I use may not be the same as you would use.
Many types of butterfly bushes can be taken from cuttings. Most any flower with a "woody" stem will make a good cutting. Begonias, Mexican Petunias, poinsettias, marigolds and the list goes on.
