Owls, o dear, I didn't know they would go anywhere near water!
I have a pond but no fish, there is no possibility for electricity so my husband says fish are a no no.
I would just like to have 2 small fish, just two...
 
Owls will not be the problem, but raccoons will be, as well as herons depending on where you live.
