I recently made a pan of soda bread on St Pattys Day. I know that it is a dry bread and unless you use nuts or raisins there really is no flavor, some say that it is Irish cornbread? But my recipe required sugar but Im sure it didnt make a different..lol
But I wanted to know if anyone knows a way to make my dry bread really sweet so it can be used as a dessert??
serve slices drenched with sweetened strawberries and lots of sweetened whipped cream.Yum!

Spiced pears would be good too.
