I accidentally used the wrong fertilizer when putting my veggie transplants in this year. I used Osmocote Indoor & Outdoor plant food which is 19-6-2. Way too much nitrogen. My tomatoes now act like they have a magnesium deficiency - yellowed leaves with veins that are still somewhat green. My spinach is doing the same thing. Some plants are handling it okay though.

What might be a good course of action to correct this problem? I could dig them up and buy some new starters, but the fertilizer is still in there. I could use some epsom salts for the magnesium but I don't want to create a calcium problem. Is there something that might neutralize this mistake?
 
Are these plants in the ground or containers? If in container just change the soil.
 
I would go with leaching. Sometimes you damage the plant beyond repair with soil change. Tomatoes are finicky about being disturbed
