12 this morning here in NYS and julie in halifax has 28. go figure, she has warmer temps than us and is more north. pretty blue skies and all the trees look like a fairyland with snow on them. dont think its going up much from here. maybe 32. it will go up as the weekend approaches, into the 40's Im hearing then monday back to ice. a real roller coaster ride this winter.
 
Been snowing and blowing all day yesterday, and looks the same for today....winds are 25 mph+ out of the SW....coming in right off the lake.......The winds were brutal last night and noisy!
18 with a windchill of 1..... roads are snow covered and look slick.....plows have been going by every 1/2 hour to try keeping the roads passable.....with the winds and squall activity it is going to be ongoing!!!
25 for the high this afternoon.....winds continue out of the SW...windchill 10...
23 for the low tonight with continuing squall activity ...... winds are stuck coming in off the lake!! ....windchill 7...
Could see some freezing drizzle overnight!!
 
sounds like a mess up by you Ron. we had beautiful sunny skies yesterday but not much melting. this morning is 5 but no wind, and I think its going up a bit. maybe 36. I heard the south, texas etc will be back back in the 70's. now if that would only reach us. haha dreaming again.
 
It was a nasty day yesterday..... We didn't get much snow but the snow we got blew around with white out conditions!
Glad it's finally over with! The winds where 30+mph...!

25 with sunny skies and light winds.... windchill 12...
32 this afternoon with winds picking up again....windchill 18.....hoping it will be warm enough to do some melting to lock the snow in place so it can't blow around.
30 for tonight with stronger winds...28 mph....
Tomorrow 37!!!
 
35 this morning. no sun tho. should see about 40 today so lots of melting. they are talking 50 tomorrow then the curtain closes for us and an icy mess monday into tues. have a good weekend Ron.

We had winds out of the SW all week and this trend looks like it will continue.....at least until Monday....
Heading up to 37 this afternoon...with mostly sun and 30 mph winds....should quickly melt all the snow cover.
30 for the low tonight with freezing fog.....and light winds...

Keep an eye out on the Colorado Low which is heading our way for Monday/Tuesday!
 
24 this morning, but no sunshine. so something is moving over. they said we might get some ice tonight or rain. hoping its only rain.

A lot of the snow has melted and should be gone by Tuesday!
 
yesterday wasnt as warm as they predicted. it was 45 and even tho sunny felt chilly. rain started last night instead of the ice mix they predicted. this morning is 35 and raining still. alot of snow is gone here too and the ice on the roof.

The fog is finally gone!
Had heavy downpours last evening and thunderstorms last night....most of the snow is gone except for some drifts.

21 overnight and 19 by morning...
The mini thaw ends tonight...for 2 days.....and will be back by Friday!
 
raining here and 40 this morning. almost all our snow is gone after last night. its going to drop tonight to 31. our mini thaw is also gone but will be back over the weekend. hard to believe that jan is almost gone!
 
sunshine finally. its about time..... we have wind too and its only 30 here and going up to a high of 35. we will get a warm up by the weekend.
at least almost all our snow is gone after the heavy rains yesterday. horrible fog yesterday and last night, but guess the wind scooted it out of here.

17 this morning and going up to 30. sunny too for a change. looks like a little warm up this weekend, but also rain. yesterday was super windy, but today it looks quiet out there.

27 this morning and going up to 50 well so they say. Ill take 40. sad when we think that 40 is good. Id much rather it be 80 today but I cannot have that living in the NE in the winter. haha we are expecting rain lateron into tomorrow. looks like tues might be a snow day. ugh so winter does return. but we are getting closer to spring too. so guess I have to be happy for the little things in life.
