the heavy snow didnt start to come down until the afternoon so dont understand why the president at my job closed the office but it was nice to stay inside warm and dry. went out about 3ish to clear off my car and there was about 7 inches of heavy concrete snow. we didnt get much afterall in these parts. it seemed to go north and east. in total I suppose it was about 10 or 12 inches. our plow went thru continuely all afternoon so getting in and out of our complex was easy. we were expecting 18 inches in the beginning. so now there is talk of another noreaster coming monday into tues. this is called march madness!!!! and not the one you see on your tv.

Looks like any system coming in from the west, south, or SW get absorbed by the Nor'easters....

Snowed off and on all day with moments of intense snowfall...but no accumulations.....

Calm day today with partly sunny skies.
28 with light winds out of the west..
34 for this afternoon with isolated flurries...
28 this evening..winds shifting out of the NW..
19 overnight...mainly clear...should be good for star gazing!

Looks like the system for Mon/Tuesday will be another whimpy one....

sunny and 26 this morning. going up to high 30's. another noreaster coming! ugh. they are not giving definite totals yet, but so far they are saying 3 to 5. which would be quite enough for me. at first they said it will start tonight and into tomorrow, now they are talking snow into wed. double ugh!!! it is nice to have the extra light tho with the time change.

Not a minor low. but the out fringe clouds from the Nor'easter! Looks like a BIG one with attitude!
We won't have much changes in our weather pattern until it moves out!
Flurries expected today with some mixing...Weds and Thursday...temps in the mid to high 30's and lows in the mid to low 20's!

I'm not surprised at a 4th Nor'ester!
It will not be warming up here until they stop going up the east coast...the systems are blocking warmer weather! GRR!!!

Been snowing lightly off and on all night...this morning it was heavier snowfall which is blowing around with the winds out of the NW.
Still snowing, but lighter!
28 and might see a high of 34 with more light snow this afternoon...
28 for this evening with clearing skies....winds out of the west.
25 overnight...

The snow that fell yesterday is pretty much melted.....more on the way today!
Since most of the ice on the Great Lakes is gone we can expect snow squalls off and on all day....Could have heavy bursts of snow as the squalls develop and winds increase in speed this afternoon...
28 with partly sunny skies...winds light out of the west.
37 for this afternoon with mixed precip....
30 for this evening with isolated flurries...winds shift out of the NW.
23 for overnight!

Potential snow storm pegged for Tues/Weds!

We missed out on the snow squall activity yesterday.....could see some light flurries today...maybe.
Mostly sunny this morning!
21 with very light winds out of the NW,
34 for the high and mostly sunny...winds shifting out of the west.
27 this evening.
21 overnight.

So far it looks like we will miss the incoming Low on Tues/Weds. System will scoot south below the Lake Erie!

yes Ron you will be safe, its heading south then darting right back up the coast to here. still dont know which way its going. if it stays off sure we will miss it too. wont have more info until monday they say. right now they think it will stay south enough and out to sea which would be good. a 4th noreaster, no one up here needs.

gloomy here today, dont know where the sunshine went. 36 for our high so we are staying on the cold side. think march will stay cold all the way til the end this yr. half the month is over and no warmth in sight. darn! have a great weekend.

windy but sunny yesterday and it got to 43 altho it didnt feel like it. this morning is 16 so a very chilly morning. feel like we are going backwards instead of forward with spring. will get to about 40 again today. news on the noreaster is they still say it will stay south. that would be great for all new england. we do need a break. esp maine and mass.

Good news for a change! There is still that uncertainty on the track...we'll know more tomorrow!

32 with sunny skies again...and loving it!
Light to moderate winds out of the SW.
46 and maybe higher for this afternoon, but the winds will make it feel cooler!
37 for this evening and clear...
21 for the low tonight...

24 this morning.....and sunny. has been sunny and windy all weekend and not very warm. they are keeping the storm on the board for wed, they are saying, but it may just not reach this far which would be a break for NE. sure hoping it goes out to sea. this week will be on the chilly side, only in the high 30's. spring doesnt seem to be in a hurry to get here this yr.

Going to be cool and dry for the next 6 days.
25 with sunny skies...light breeze out of the east.
32 for the high with sunny skies...winds shifting out of the NE.
27 for this evening...clear skies.
21 overnight...winds shift out of the east...

Possibility of a light dusting from a system coming in from the northwest Sat/Sun...but not likely since it is expected to take the same track well south of the Great Lakes.......then there is another one coming in from the SW....not sure about it's track!
