Finally a sunny morning with some clouds...
48 a bit hazy with light winds out of the west....windchill 45.

Our highs take a dip for the next 2 days after a cold front passes through tonight.
rained for two days, now two days of sunshine then back to rain but the temps are staying up a bit each day we are seeing 50's. some dafffodils are out but not many yet. still they are mostly leafed out. I still have the heat on nights if chilly. Ill bet you do too Ron. hope you dont get that snow thats coming across.

Even though the furnace hasn't been coming on as often with the higher temps I still need it on for the night time hours...the outdoor day time temps are getting higher, and more seasonal, but we still get nippy at night with temps around the freezing point!
After some nice daytime temps we are heading downwards for a few day..then up....then down again...could still see snow in the coming days...not expecting much and it will probably be wet snow/rain. Most of the area frogs are awake and the chorus is getting a bit louder each evening for the last several days! Still some frost in the ground in the woods....

System arrived which will affect a very wide area of the province....nice thing for us is that we are on the southern edge, so won't get what they will be getting to the north and north east of us. Had a period of very light snow earlier....

41 this afternoon with a mix of snow/wet snow/rain...maybe 1/2 inch......winds picking up later on to 19 mph...

50 by morning with chance of thundershowers...winds increasing to 22 mph and could get gusty...windchill 43.
days have been warmer but nights are still chilly, 37 this morning but going up to 60. lots of rain headed this way. will be 70's tomorrow but rain. guess I wont be cleaning up my garden this weekend with all the rain. but its better than snow!!! think we are done with that phase.

We got some rain from the last system yesterday...it kind of fizzled out due to the the cold lake temps...which is sitting around 33F. The lake effect did create some really dense fog during the afternoon!
Another system will move in early tomorrow morning.

Wild evening with thunderstorm cells passing through....even had some pink lightning. Had some heavy downpours. Think we got the 2 inches they were predicting and a bit more from these t-cells!

Something wicked this way comes! Expecting a 'Hefty' amount of rain form the system that is moving in from the south! Can expect thunderstorms and mild temps for the next 3 days!....Looks like inches of rain!
I'm in that 'wait and see' what happens mode! Warnings are expected to be issued at some point today!

Happy Easter!!!
Didn't get a drop of rain yesterday. Got up to 70ish with the humidex yesterday afternoon. It was cloudy most of the day but without much of a wind! Several lows will be coming through so temps will be going up and down.
Really good migraine weather!

It is one low after another....the latest one has stalled over us and it dumping a lot of rain, heavy at times! We're talking inches of rain!!! Almost 3 inches just for today!
