    Poppies won't grow past seedling stage

    Mine are doing the same thing. They are black peony poppies, but everything else is growing ok but the rock cress and the poppies. They're tiny. I'll take them out of the sun if that's the issue. I thought poppies love sun. but ok. Rock cress loves it. Everything else is speeding away, also...
