This is a weight watchers recipe with only 1 point per serving. I have not tried it but it sounded good.
Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 med orange , washed, UNpeeled and chunked
1 cup sugar
1 piece of ginger root fresh peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Put cranberries, orange, sugar, ginger and cinnamon in a food processor, pulse until finely chopped. place in a serving ( Or storage)bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
If the orange rind is too strong for you just add fresh orange zest instead of the entire peel.
If you want to add more flavor try, chopped cilantro, mint or jalapenos!
This is a great side dish for Turkey, pork or chicken.
