Dropping in to say Hello. This is my 4th year of organic and permaculture styled gardening. I think of myself as a semi-sane scientist, experimenting with hugulkultur, companion planting, and composting methods. I'm here add some more tricks to my bag. It's been a very tough year for anything green in California so I'd have to say water conservation has come to the forefront of my adventures in gardening. But I am passionate about everything green and hope to learn alot here.
Welcome to the forum.....I also practice organic and permaculture methods...hugelkultur is also practiced here but not on a large scale. It seems to work better in the cooler parts of the country rather than the sub tropics etc.
