    Blanching Greens

Does anyone have experience blanching Greens? I picked a variety of Greens from my garden that I need to blanch and keep in the freezer. These are the Greens I picked today: Kale, Kohlrabi, India Southern Curled Mustard, Radish.

Cold-Weather Flowers (including Edible Flowers) ...

I just ate some Southern Curled Flowers, Red Giant Mustard Flowers and Radish Flowers today! I also have some Chinese Cabbage Flowers. I need to plant about 10 or 20 times more of those plants so I have enough Flowers to eat with a salad, spaghetti, goulash, noodles, soup ....

Cold-Weather Flowers (including Edible Flowers) ...

I have some Nasturtiums growing from seed (still very small). I've seen Nasturtiums growing around our area, but they don't survive the Winter cold here.

    Garlic - Pepper Spray .....

I checked Gardensalive.com, but they don't have Neem. I'm searching for a place to buy Neem .....

    Garlic - Pepper Spray .....

Thanks for the tips! I think I'll order the Neem oil. I really don't mind mixing up my own solutions from Garlic, Peppers and Tomatoes, but the Garlic and Pepper burn my skin, and also make me sneeze almost non-stop .... Even though I bought some heavy-duty rubber gloves, my fingers still burn...

    Garlic - Pepper Spray .....

I'm hoping that I can go completely organic to fight the bugs .... I've tried Sevin-5 and others, and I think those chemicals have made me sick! Also, I like to be able to go out and pick anything I want from my garden anytime I want. Sometimes I like to pick stuff, like fresh Peas...
