Fruit crumbles are crips just might be the perfect desserts for summer. They’re easy, no fuss and the perfect way to showcase fresh produce. So today – we’re making blueberry peach crumble that features not one – but two summer fruits.
Each bite is filled with so many berries and chunks of fresh peaches. Then the oatmeal crumble is crunchy and buttery with a delicious hint of cinnamon. I love it with warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but it’s also delicious to eat cold from the fridge. (I might be weird for thinking that???) (more…)
