A popular Middle Eastern (Lebanese) vegetable salad is called Fattoush (also Fatoosh). This simple salad, cut into large slices, will amaze you with its spicy dressing and crispy homemade pita chips, which are a great alternative to usual croutons and breadsticks. What we love about this fresh and summery salad is that there are no strict rules!
