My Avatar turned up missing when I migrated the forum.

If anyone else finds they no longer have their avatar and they need a copy, let me know, I can grab the old one for you from the archive.
 
After a bit more research, it looks like that if you had a custom avatar, it's still there. If you used one of the built in avatars from VB, it's probably not there any more.
 
The existing icons were really much too small for this site anyway, most being only 16x16. We suggest an avatar that is 200 x 200
 
The Avatars no longer have to be a .gif file. You can use a jpg image, sized roughly 200 x 200. You can go bigger, but keep in mind it will shrink it down. So you can now use photos of yourself or your garden etc.
 
If you avatar is missing and you want that fixed, just let me know and I'll help you out!
