The first 2 pictures looks a lot like our "wild" 4 o'clocks. or possibly a weed. Even the wild 4o'clocks can be pretty.

Looks familiar! It is not asgaragus, and definitely not bamboo!
Japanese Polygonum~ Japanese Knotweed!!! Also called Giant Knotweed!
Considered very invasive and are difficult to get rid of once they established themselves!
Have fun!
You will need to dig deep in order to get the roots out!
