Mexican Shell Lily ~ Tigridia pavonia
Each flower lasts one day, but bloom in succession!
Comes in a range of colors.
They form corms and will eventually develop into a slowly spreading clump!
Hardy to zone 8a.

I have a lot of small facts coursing around in my head!
You just have to give the right details, or photo, and out the info pops!
In colder zones the corms can be dug up in the fall and stored away like glads!
What a lovely flower. I love the color.
