We have a mature weeping cherry that has something going on with the bark on one of the branches. There is almost a burnt look to sections and it is noticeably spreading. The tree was sprayed about a month ago for borers, and received two treatments last year. Thanks for your help!!

The bark almost looks like something is eating it. But I will look for other reasons the bark would look like that.
